The issue has been persistent since the disabled bay was done. A car is parking in the bay who is not disabled leaving the person who is disabled with a blue badge struggling to park! This is really unfair and selfish as it is always the same White Ford parking in the space who is not registered disabled

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
