Grey BMW, BT13 UNR, parked in 1 hour bay since Monday. Hasn't moved since Sunday. No tax or Mot. This car is often left here and also in the layby on The Highway outside Cancer Research round the corner. Never seen it ticketed here on Maxwell Road. Been happening since at least November 2024.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
