Unauthorised black fence put up around number 10 du pre walk

Sent to Wooburn and Bourne End Parish Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7762426.

A neighbour has put a black fence up around their property but on council owned land. In the deeds you are not allowed to have fences that are put up. Please can someone come out to speak with my neighbours at 10 du pre walk.
