Returned to find damage to my vehicle

I was parked centrally in my parking bay, however when I returned to my vehicle there is a scuff and dark blue paint from another vehicle travelling half the length of my vehicle and damage to my hub cap. The driver has not left a note or any details. This is criminal damage and they have simply driven away. I was parked for less than 2 hours.
