Vehicle obstructing footpath and as photo shows this gentleman on a disability scooter could not get through.

I have a photo of car registration but your guidelines say not to include it !

It will be long gone by the time you read this but I was horrified in behalf of this gentleman ( who I do not know)

  • This has been passed to the Parking Services Team.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
