Every morning and evening cars park on the pavement, block drives & in the area which has parking restrictions & double yellow lines with no parking allowed 8-10 & 2-4pm. This is never patrolled & cars sit with their engines on polluting the air where children are walking to and from school. The new restrictions came in some months ago but they are never patrolled so are totally ignored. It’s highly dangerous and disruptive to local residents also.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
