Fly tipping overnight in bellswood lane 18/19.06.25

Since the council decided to clean the ditches at either side of Billet Lane but did not clear away the rubbish removed from said ditches but just left it insitu, added to the roadworks at Five Points Roundabout and the diversions that were put in place, we have had constant nightly fly tipping down these small country roads. Nothing has been done to stop it or clean up the mess. Please can you clean up the mess and restrict access from large vehicles to prevent this from happening again.
