Multiple filled dog poo bags have been put into to the stream. This has happened on multiple occasions but we had hoped the issue had been solved. Someone is emptying the bins of full bags and putting them in the stream Previously it was the council employees emptying the general waste bins. Its caught up on a lot of branches etc. there are actually 2 areas of branches in the stream there which need clearing.
