It has been parked on the sidewalk for over a month. The day after it was parked I saw a man working on it but have not seen anyone return to the car since. It is blocking my view of traffic to pull out of my drive making it a huge hazard for my family. I have waited a decent amount of time to report it to give the person time to sort it but I believe over a month is plenty of time.
