A412 dual carriageway towards Slough

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7713353.

More flytip in layby beyond Billet lane parking area . It appears to be Builders rubbish and is the 3rd drop in this layby . Perhaps it`s the same person emboldened by no action against their first drop , went on for a second and as that saw no action , has returned for a third dumping . Or the fact no attempt to clear has simply engouraged others to join the dumping .
