I was outside the entrance to Tesco when the driver pulled up on the wrong side of the road on the double yellow line. She left the car, as she left the car. I asked her if she was going to leave it there, she said yes, and then went to do her shopping

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
