Parking across private driveway, Clerk House, next to Londis

People repeatedly park in front of our private driveway to use the Londis store. The attached photo is showing the car driving away but he was blocking half of our drive. I politely asked him not to park there and he was defensive and rude. I feel trapped on a regular basis as I cannot get my car out of the drive. I have young children and do not want this problem to continue.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
