Overgrown verge impeding road user visibility at junction

Reported via mobile in the Grass cutting category anonymously at 06:46, Saturday 14 June 2025

Sent to Lacey Green Parish Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7707807.

The grass/weeds on the verge on the left hand side as you reach the top of Loosley Hill at the junction with Main Road Lacey Green (opposite the Whip Inn pub) are very overgrown. This is dangerously impeding the view of traffic coming up Woodway where it becomes Main Rd. It is exceptionally difficult to safely exit the junction without pulling forwards partly onto Main Road to get a clear view. Then by doing so you’re in the path of traffic approaching from your right travelling towards Princes Risborough. And most people drive over the speed limit on this road so it’s become a very dangerous manoeuvre for many reasons!
