Machine not working properly

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7703042.

I popped into the car park on Wednesday 11th June 2025 for maximum 10mins around 9am. I paid the £0.50 at the machine. It said contacting bank for quite a while and then said ‘Thank you. Your parking session has now started’. It didn’t give me an option of printing a receipt etc. I assume this isn’t an option any more. Then on Thursday 12th I went to the machine at 18:42 to pay £0.50 for parking. It said ‘done’ on my device and on the machine it said ‘thank you. Your parking session has now started’. However when I have looked at my online banking this morning for other reasons, I notice there are not any charges for this car park on my account. So I believe the machine to not be working correctly. Please help as I don’t want to be receiving any parking fines!

  • This has been passed to the Parking Services Team, an officer will carry out an inspection and arrange to have the issue resolved as soon as possible.
