Greyhound Lane - newly restricted parking area at all times.

Reported via desktop in the Parking in a restricted space category anonymously at 14:33, Wednesday 11 June 2025

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7694361.

A vehicle is regularly parking in the newly restricted area of Greyhound Lane at the rear of Greyhound Court. This area was restricted earlier this year and several local residents received parking tickets during this time. There is now a Silver Toyota vehicle EN22 GPO parking there most days which does not appear to ever receive a parking ticket. This is very unfair on those that have received tickets and also on residents that no longer have anywhere to park due to the new restrictions. The reason for the restricted parking being introduced was due to large vehicles/emergency vehicles not being able to access the lane.

Updates

  • This has been passed to the Parking Services Team.

Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
