Overgrown hedges making access through public alleyway diffcult

The alleyway from Elizabeth Avenue through to Marygold Walkuse to be big enough for 2 people to pass by each other. It’s now getting to stage where only one person can use the alley way due to number 6 not maintaining their hedges. Soon it will be difficult for one person to go through the alleyway.
