Junction of Foundry Lane with A4010 Wycombe Road

Photo (taken today 1 June) shows view from my driver's seat when waiting to make right turn from Foundry Lane onto A4010, with nose of car level with give way line. A4010 has 50mph limit on this stretch. ZERO VISIBILITY on the right due to incorrect position of recently re-installed 'Foundry Lane' street nameplate combined with overgrown public verge. ZERO VISIBILITY is forcing drivers into the path of fast-moving oncoming traffic, who themselves cannot see any car waiting at this junction until they're already halfway out. Bends to the A4010 in both directions, naturally reducing visibility, make this a tricky junction even at the best of times. This is an URGENT request to correct the placement of the street nameplate and mow the verge, please.
