The hedge is still blocking the path after three years

The hedge at the end of Poppy Road which appears to belong to Poppy Court is blocking the path, wheelchair and mobility scooter users and people with children in buggies have to go onto the road on a dangerous busy corner because they cannot use the path, I see from fix my street this issue has been reported for several years and nothing is ever done about it. They cut they hedge at an angle and it gets more over the path every time, it now needs cutting back at least a foot to enable access. Its not even like the council has to pay for the cutting back, its time something is done. The council will be held responsible for any accidents or deaths caused by their ineptitude
