Vehicles parked on a speed bump are obstructing the flow of traffic and make it difficult for other vehicles to pass safely. Additionally, it is a hazard for other drivers. It’s causing issues for residents to reverse out of their driveways too.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
