Along Swallow St , Iver Heath near Coopers and hardings Rows

Reported via desktop in the Parking on a footpath category by Roger Cox at 14:16, Friday 23 May 2025

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7610023.

Vehicles and bins obstructing pavements forcing pedestrians particularly those with pushchairs and wheelchairs , out into the roadway that has become more dangerous with the recent closure of Wood Lane . Swallow St has become a rat run . It is also breaking the law to park blocking free passage along the pavement so please ask the local Police to deal with this dangerous parking . Pavement parking appears to be widespread within the Ivers Parish . Also , please get the Refuse Collectors to return the bins to the location they took them from that will be clear of the pavement . As it is , they just dump the bins wherever it suits them making it particular difficult to negotiate pavements on Collection Days . The Refuse persons need to be told this practise is unacceptable as well as dangerous and could cause injury.

Updates
