Littering by roadworks contractors

While I'm very pleased that road repairs have been carried out on the Dukes Wood Estate, I was appalled to see the litter left behind after the departure of the two O'Hara vehicles which had been parked there. While littering is an ongoing problem on the estate, the amount and location leads me to believe that the contractors had left it. NB: there is litter not just in the foreground of the photo, but on the corner of the road.
