Dutton Way to park access

This link Passage has been misused a lot, a dog waste bin next to passage is spreading flies to the nearby houses, so windows cannot open. Veolia contractors dumping dog waste bags infront of Dutton way house and its passage, and leaks the dogs waste, and dogs poo next to it outside the bag. we are fed up and no council support has been provided yet, since so many complaints.

Relocate the dog waste bin and close one of the passage from REED close / dutton way to park, as it is not necessary for 2 passages. Reed close access to park visitors leave the dog poo as it is. Please take some actions
