Parking blocking view to pull out on to a busy road - dangerous!

There is constantly a van parked on this space of grass, next and opposite EMPTY visitor bays. As you can seen in one pic, there is a drive through to parking whereby 6 cars have to get in and out. You are pulling out on to a busy main road and the view to the left is constantly blocked by a van that belongs to 42 Lansbury Road.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
