Moved in 4 months ago, asked if there's a parking space in the turning area: there isn't and we constantly have a Toyota Silver parked there. There are spaces on the street but the owner refuses to park there making 16 owners to struggle to get into the car park forcing us to hit the curve with our tires.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
