This horse box is permanently parked at this location it never moves. It is covering the end of the pathway and taking up at least three car parking spaces to the point residents are now having to park their vehicles on grass verges and on the corner of junctions (which i appreciate is not acceptable) this is because residents that live further down would normally park their vehicles along that road where said vehicle is parked. I am aware that this horse box has been reported to before to a local housing authority when it was being parked in the welland road car park and blocking vehicles in .

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
