Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7547791.

L400 PAP has been parked there since at least 31st March. It has not moved. It is not taxed. It's outside 17 baronsmead road, Hp12 3pq. The car alarm initially was going off intermittently for a week or so.
