Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7547231.

Car has been abandoned on DashwoodAvenue, near Prestwood Close, apparently broken down. Car displaying illegal plates T99, Stuck on top of registered plates G866THW. Car is untaxed. No attempts by owner to move vehicle.
