Car is parked on double yellow and is obstructing the entrance to a private, residential car park. This is dangerous and is obstructing the view of residents trying to manoeuvre in and out of their car park safely. This happens every single day

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
