The hedge in from of all our houses has not been cut AGAIN. the tractor cutter thing didnt cut down the hedge last year yet cut along the hedge accross the road. now its got so high its a mess and bloking us from seeing the street from our windows, also have problems with the may flower with our hay fever so stopping us sitting in the garden while its out, we have tried to keep it down our side but being disabled very hard and dont have the right tools.if it gets any bigger/higher we will not be able to walk from our houses to our cars and all needs cutting down properly top and side both sides.used to be done every year but was missed out last year now its bad. its along the top end of iris close left hand side, along ellen road grass area. we can not understand why accross the road as been done last mth but not done our side. the grass is cut thats it.

All wild birds are protected. This includes their nests (whilst in use or being built) as well as any eggs the nest may contain. Under the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 (as amended), it is an offence to:
- intentionally kill, injure or take any wild bird
- intentionally damage, destroy or take the nest of any wild bird while it is in use or being built (nests of golden eagle, white tailed eagle and osprey are protected all year round)
- intentionally destroy an egg of any wild bird
- intentionally or recklessly disturb certain wild birds or their dependent young while they are nesting (including disturbance of nesting young)
