Car parked in line with curb cut in violation of Highway Code Rule 243 prohibiting parking within 10 metres of a junction. Bucks/Highway Dept. has failed to install double yellow lines. As observor approached the junction on foot, a vehicle entering Ellington Road from the A4 nearly collided with a vehicle exiting Ellington Road onto the A4 (photos taken)

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
