Vehicle deliberately left by a commuter using the nearby station. Vehicle is parked on a clearway. It is happening more frequently with different commuters. Vehicles are parked early morning and collected again early evening. Some are left overnight. Was an issue some years ago, but frequent ticketing/penalty notices solved the issue.
