Fly tipping of white goods
Reported via desktop in the Flytipping (off-road) category anonymously at 16:20, Thursday 8 May 2025
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 19 hours, 9 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 7541020.
A large fridge/freezer and other items fly-tipped in passing place on single track road. This is a recurring issue that is increasing in frequency. Why can't covert monitoring be instituted as was the case when the Environment Agency were responsible for monitoring fly tipping.
Updates
-
This has been passed to our Highways Team, who will carry out an inspection and arrange for the appropriate action to be taken.
Our priority is clearing the obstruction on the public highway to make it safe; this may mean that the fly tip is moved to the side of the road for a period of time before safe removal is arranged.
Please be assured we will come back and clear it as soon as possible.
