Grass obstructing village sign on Lower Icknield Road approaching Bledlow from Longwick

Reported via mobile in the Grass cutting category by Bill Bolton at 09:22, Thu 8 May 2025

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7538448.

We are now seeing the Cow Parsley / Keck growing high on our verges. Unfortunately this, together with un-mown grass, obstructs road signage. On the Lower Icknield Road on the entrance to Bledlow from Longwick the Bledlow village and community speed watch sign are already obscured.

Can the verge approaching this sign be mown please?

Updates

  • Our Urban and Rural grass cutting schedules start in April each year, full details of the grass cutting programme will be published on our website nearer the time.

Our works programme is very weather dependant and subject to delays. We therefore ask that you remain patient should there be delays or excessive growth in-between cuts.
