The Length of Wymers Wood Road from the junction with Pink Lane to the 90 degree left hand bend at the end of the drive of The Pines Hotel.
Reported via desktop in the Hedge problem category by MR CLIVE KELLETT at 18:02, Friday 2 May 2025
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7516405.
SEE VARIOUS PRIOR REPORTS BUT, SPECIFICALLY 7469284 of which there now appears to be no record. I reported a problem that kept getting closed without an answer. Finally, I received a personal email from Chris Nash: Local Area Technician Buckinghamshire Highways Communities Directorate. I have raised the issue here once again as I am unable to respond directly to Mr. Nash.
I'm sorry Chris, but they were not. The flailing works to which you refer were only undertaken on the stretch of Wymers Wood Road from the junction with Taplow Common Road, adjacent to the footpath behind Burnham FC and were terminated well before the junction with Oxford Avenue. The stretch to which I repeatedly refer is as detailed above. Having previously reported the problem in August 2024, I expressly remember the work to which you refer and wondered at the time why it had not progressed further.
