This White Ford Transit Cage Van, reg NJ07KWT, is abandoned for almost 1 year now, left full with rubbish in the cage, expired MOT, flat tires and damaged wheels. This van hasn't moved since left here, and being full with rubbish posses a risk or fire, especially now with the dry and hot weather
