Skip causing obstruction and dangerous as unlit, it has been here for weeks. I have told the owner of the house it is dangerous and going to cause an accident at night and they have told me it's fine. This is very dangerous and is on a busy road/junction. All vehicles have to stop as the road is narrow too.
