Photo of this report This hedge has been reported over the last 3 years it’s now over taking out path to 4 other houses the picket fence should be clear of the hedge and the hedge is so thick it’s taking all the pathway causing injury when walking in the dark as no street lights. The current owners don’t use the path or maintain the hedge you can see it’s now staring to take all the pathway causing injury way
