Homeless person living in caravan in lay-by , the area is an absolute disgrace! Will be attackingy vermin, looks dreadful when you first drive in to Aylesbury. I cannot understand why nothing is being done! It’s been coming on to a year now. It’s like the council are completely ignoring the matter!
