Two BCC bins with refuse left by roadside on A4155 on LHS on approaching Medmenham village sign. Bins are full of refuse but will attract further rubbish/fly tipping. Bins appeared on 15.04.24. A council truck and later a BCC light van came to inspect on 16.04.24 but bins remain on location. Please remove ASAP.
