Very tight for all vehicles. More importantly, bin lorries and therefore emergency services cannot get through. You'll see from the photo the report of the bins not being collected because they couldn't get access

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
