Parking on double yellow lines without enforcement

Every day, the owner of this car parks outside where he lives as if it's his own private drive and not the public highway that has double yellow lines on. He has never received a ticket.

Can you please arrange for an enforcement officer to visit the area after 18:00 and issue a ticket also he stops this behaviour.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
