Fly tipping of rubbish on Welsh Lane

Driving North on Welsh Lane from Stowe towards Biddlesden the fly tipped rubbish is on the left hand side just before the turn at Hill Gate Spinney.

It was not there last Thursday but I did notice it on my commute on Monday the 14th of April.
