Fly tipping on pavement

Somebody has dumped a pile of foam used in sofas or chairs on the pavement on Approach Road left out of the station, beyond the car park and another 30 yards down the road. It’s just sitting in the middle of the pavement, blocking it for wheelchair or scooter users and parents with push chairs
