Growing pile of rubbish in the bushes

An area in the bushes on the pavement side of Station Road (about 30 yards from junction with Approach Road) has got a growing pile of rubbish.

There is rubbish dumped in the bushes all the way up Approach Road but this is the largest collection. It needs a mass clear up and I would be willing to help
