DL14FWE does not belong to anyone living in this or neighbouring streets yet sits dumped in an on street parking space preventing residents or visitors to the street from parking. This car along with multiple other cars in Victoria Street, Shaftesbury Street, Desborough Street car park, Nutfield Lane, West Wycombe Road are the vehicle stock of car traders. They evade parking tickets as they are not the registered owners and have been witnessed cutting off the DVLA clamps. They seem to be uncaring for those who live and work here, and undeterred by tickets or clamps!
