2 Person swing in Higginson Park play area

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7420166.

She was at in the seat for the swing and there is a metal car that goes over your knees, feet go onto foot bar, during swing foot came off the foot bar and because her knee was stuck in place via this knee bar her heel hit the floor and sandwiched her leg causing it to break, she is currently in Hospital.
