Cars parking on or next to dropped kerb within 10 metres of the junction of regent road and Tring road obscuring the view for children and mobility scooter users from seeing if cars are are driving along regents road to Tring road, it is dangerous as pedestrians cannot see if it is safe to cross

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
