Street sign still not cleaned in months!!

Street sign with moss growing on it. All signs on Dukes Wood Estate are dirty and covered in moss / algae. Bucks Council claimed they’d fix it in 6-8 weeks, in January!!! And then report was closed. Any plans to fix and clean these signs?
