Making it difficult to get into our drive out back

They park right opposite our drive so we have to make many manoeuvres several times to get in and out of our drive which has a concrete post on 1 side and neighbours on other .road only wide enough for 1 and half cars at a time .

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
