Path from park to Sospel Court dangerously blocked

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7332609.

This path has been very crudely and dangerously blocked. There is exposed barbed wire and metal cable ties, which is not safe or sightly. People (including children) have been seen climbing over the blockage, given the path is now obstructed. It’s only a matter of time before someone is injured. Additionally, safe wheelchair, pushchair, child and pet access has been needlessly and dangerously taken away. On top of everything else, it does not look nice at all. This problem has been ongoing for months now. I believe the blockage was removed at one point, as a previous report was closed, but it is back. More obstructive than before, dangerous, eye sore.
